Shipping & Returns
All in-stock orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During the Holiday season, shipping and handling time may increase. Any orders that are delayed due to an unforeseen circumstance on our end will be communicated with the customer.
Please note that shipping costs are subject to increase at any time due to the changing rates set by the postal service.

Domestic Shipping
Orders placed for the U.S. are elligible for stamped and tracked shipping depending on the product. Stamped shipping will not be sent with a tracking number and can take up to 14 business days to deliver. Customer’s can choose to upgrade to tracked shipping at check out.
U.S. territories only have tracked shipping available at this time.
Please note, when using stamped shipping, we do not have any control over your order once we drop it off. Refunds/replacements are not given for lost orders. Choosing stamped shipping means you are agreeing to this risk.
International Shipping
Tracked shipping can take up to 1 month to deliver and can be delayed due to customs in each respective country. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customers' responsibility to cover.
Currently we are not shipping to the following countries due to service disruptions and other circumstances as deemed by UPS and the USPS:
Afghanistan
Belarus
Gaza Strip
Israel
Ghana
Lebanon
Libya
Niue
Russian Federation
South Sudan
Ukraine
Yemen
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number (if applicable) via email. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 business days for tracking numbers to be updated in the system. For international orders, please note that for a more detailed tracking you may have to insert your tracking number into a global tracking service.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the name and shipping address provided is correct. Mango Box Studios will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information as well as any missing or stolen packages. In the case a package is returned due to issues with the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fees.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once your order is placed. If you ordered by mistake or would like to fix something with your order please fill out the form on the contact page within the first 24 hours from the time of your purchase to make your changes and we will get back to you ASAP.
In the case that you receive the wrong item or the order/product has any issues, please fill out the form on the contact page and send a picture of your item(s) so that we can further assist you and find a resolution.
Mango Box Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages once shipped out. Please contact your local post office for further assistance.
